Feeling rather sorry for the weather folks today - I imagine they are starting to look like Sour, even the ones that had a full head of hair just a few days ago. Woke up to 36o and light rain this morning - which wasn't at all what had been forecast. The temperature was supposed to slowly rise overnight - it didn't. The rain wasn't supposed to get here until sometime today, but guess it didn't get the message. Reading the discussion, I get the impression that they know all the players, but figuring out just how it's gonna play out is about flip-a-coin predictable. In a way, we lucked out - a few degrees cooler, and that coulda been nasty. Now they've knocked the forecast temperature for today down quite a bit, but the rain chance is way down, too - so maybe I get something done after all!

I'm sure we have had these weather roller coasters before, but I don't remember any so drastic! Crazy swings.

Good morning, Café. Light snow here turned to freezing rain just a bit ago. We were predicted to get from 3 to 6 " and maybe got l.5 ". I'm not complaining - just hope it rises above freezing sooner rather than later.
