Can't seem to get my ducks in a row lately. The four out back are probably in a square right now, and the ones at the farm are probably in a circle on the pond!

But one or two new girls are laying eggs now! Very dark gray, pretty eggs.

DW's new trio has started to lay some of the blackest eggs I have ever seen.
They think that spring is here at least, never mind about that groundhog.

Mmm, coffee smells extra good this morning; can I have a cup to go?

We flirted with the freezing mark last night, then some moderate air moved in and the temp has been rising since midnight. was at 45 at dawn (which was only slightly lower than yesterday's high), heading toward mid-60's. Still gonna be breezy, though; Margie, did your winds decide on a midwinter Carolinas getaway?

We didn't get the warming until just before sunup when it was 29°F, and now it's past 45 and climbing.

The breeze is just starting up again, if it's worse then Monday, it will blow pretty good here.
Margie must be saying Hi.

Morning! It's breezy here, only 40mph gusts and it is keeping us warm so no, I don't feel like sharing just yet. I need to thaw out! It is just below freezing ATM but supposed to be 44 today. All it really does is make the ice flows incredibly treacherous before they melt. But they are melting.......
