Mornin' chicken friends, its 29F here right now but we'll have a high of 40F. Plenty warm enough to continue my build....just have to brush off a little snow first. Late saying hello this morning because I'm a good Momma and got up early to brush off my son, daughter and DH's cars this morning. Then drove my youngest to school so she didn't have to take the bus. You all were on a roll last night with the colored snow. Had a nice morning chuckle over those posts. Have a fantastic day!

that's allot of snow....... here is a couple of my wife's current projects. the first, is a matching pillow and quilt for my granddaughter. the one that loves our chickens....

she cut out each piece and ironed them on to the base material, and then sewed the outline stitching. the next is a purse she crocheted for one of her nieces. well it's actually a little bigger than a purse I think, maybe call it a bag? I'm not too well versed on the correct vernacular for womens' bags.....lol

That little owl purse is cute! I know how to crochet, but I do NOT need another hobby! I have quilts "in progress", a cross stitch Christmas stocking I started when my son was born, he's 24! (It's almost finished, I really should get it done). As well as my cookie habit, gardening, and now my Happy Planner habit.

And today is Wednesday, and that means....PUPPIES!

They are all weighing in at 3 and 1/2 pounds, except for one boy, and the pink girl, they are closer to four pounds! But they are so cute, I can't wait to meet them.

Morning! Those are going to be a hit with the little ones, TK. I wish I had the time, well actually the Space is what I really need, to attempt a couple of projects like that. Yet another reason to continue de-cluttering years of kid stuff. I am looking at a map of Antartica on a piece of cardboard that can probably go the way of the Dodo right now. At least the current science project, in my refrigerator, is edible and the jello candy cell will not be here taking up space for more than a couple of days.
Still windy with freezing drizzle tonight but at least it is supposed to start after midnight when we are home from wrestling practice.

Neat stuff from your wife, TK. Looking at a good day here - clear and sunny, no wind and temps due to rise above freezing. I'll be playing outdoors while the rest of you are gainfully employed.
