Morning! Snow sprinkles here this AM. I need to go top off all of the critter water troughs for this next round of cold. High near 50 today, 20 on Friday.
Merry, I think if your DD knows that you are aware and in her court cheering her on, she will be able to get through it. Maybe surprise her with little somethings or a fruitbasket full of healthy quick snacks just to let her know you're there.
DS$ gets his cast removed and his arm X-rayed to see his progress today. Hoping for some great healing. He has an opportunity to do a week long Freestyle / Grecco camp down at the Olympic Training Center at the end of March and while he should be healed up by then, it would be nice to have a couple of weeks to get back up to speed. I will find out if he is accepted into the camp sometime this week.
Those puppies are so big and cute. Phil, it sounds like a wonderful day to find a place to sit in the sun and drink coffee.

It's been snowing and blowing here since last night, I don't think we'll get out of the 30's today. Seems like a good enough reason to stay home and sip hot beverages.

Ridiculously warm again with a slight chance of sprinkles; Critter postulated that we have just leapfrogged forward a month and this is actually late March.

Winter is back! Woke up this morning and everything is white again. Which is ok with me, I hate mud season.

Thank you all for the words of support about my DD. She did have a good day at the hospital. Went on rounds, OR and ED. She says everyday she just soaks it all in because there is so much to learn. She really enjoys the intern part of her education so her spirits were up last night. She's back at school and she actually sent me a pic of her and a couple friends just hanging out and not a book or computer in sight so she did get an hour or two of free time last night so thats good.

DH took the day off today and its going to be really strangely warm for Feb up to about 60F. Our goal is hardware cloth. Ill see how we do and maybe post a pic tomorrow.

Looks like we are running the gambit on weather among our cafe friends.
