In my mind im 23, my body says no way, at 46 I feel way to broke down...my bones and joints hate me!!

Daughter has run 3 marathons and several halfs. Son at 50 (a lifetime couch potato) said he was going to run a marathon. Got checked out by the doctor, trained, and one year later ran the Disney marathon and has since run several halfs. I haven't run all winter but am about to start running - just for fun.

Kids won the 4:30 game 8 to nothing. Championship game is at 8:30. Princess is going back, but I am going to bed. "Team has been in two tournaments this year and reached the championship game both times. Lost the last one 3 to 2 or 4 to 3 - lost by one run anyway.

Canadian Geese have a much more powerful wing smack also for not having teeth, they can really raise a goose egg bruise when they BITE. I call them flying toilets, I hate them.
