Thanks Scott! The Dragon and babies are good. She still thinks I'm out to get her, but she's a great momma.

View attachment 1072584 Here's that dog of mine WV. He's 11 years old now and still in pretty good shape. I call him Dawg. Notice the white around the mouth and he has a few toes that has a little bit but I I just look at it as character. That's the reason I got him for free as a pup. The owner wanted to be rid of him before any potential buyers could see him

I had a yellow lab that lived to be 14. Such great dogs.

By the way...

I gave myself my own homegrown heart stress test the other night.... I woke up, and could hear someone trying to get in my front door.

I wondered who in blazes would think that was a good idea? Wondered if the neighbors were out of beer....but I don't keep any in the mudporch... bad thoughts started to creep in.

I had half a mind to let them take what they wanted....I had no desire to get out of bed. But then I thought that maybe they would take the kids, so I forced myself up and through the house to the door..

As I approached I saw no one (top half of door is glass), but I heard a deep scratching/rubbing sound.

"Blazes!" Thought I, " I don't have the bear pistol with me!! #%*!"

So I inched forward and looked out the window...

My goats!!! They had gotten out of the barn, and my horned doe Feta was sleeping while leaning against the door, her horns every so often rubbing on the door.

Morning Crew! Glad you didn't blast your goats, AL. That might be a tough one to explain seeing as how you just did all of the hay work.
Cloudy with drizzle here at the moment. DS$ is flying for the first time, heading off to a wrestling camp. He is very excited. Very, very excited!
They caught the bear that attacked the kid. My brother is flying out this Friday and I am sure we are going to have some stories to tell after he gets here! He is a rolling comedy show, in a good way. I think some serious coffee is in order!

Bacon is wonderful, but broke my fast with poached eggs on Carne Adovada covered with cheese and avocado. Took my dad some breakfast tacos from his favorite restaurant and decided to eat lunch with him.
