Good morning all!
Happy Thursday ☺
We're pretty much done with the coop now! Except for the ongoing ventilation argument. I drilled some holes in the eaves and got in some serious trouble for it!! Now evidently we're going to have mould issues because I did that. Grrrrrrr.
I find you get mold if you have unpainted wood. Ventilation helps alleviate mold problems.

Doctor Who was created in the 60's as part entertainment, part education. The earliest season sometimes had the Doctor traveling back in time to certain historical events, but the history episodes were apparently a bit too dry, so they got dropped. It was very low-budget in those days, and a lot of the tapes of the show got recycled or otherwise lost. The show ran pretty much continuously into the 80's. In 2005, it was revived, and before long spawned several spin-offs.

Each actor who plays the Doctor puts their own interpretation on his character, and every fan has their favorites. The fans have adopted a certain form of shorthand when they refer to them; rather than use the actor's name, they often number them (Tom Baker is 4, David Tennant is 10, etc.).

To celebrate the show's 50th anniversary, google created a "doodle" that is a game; the player takes the Doctor through various levels featuring some of the iconic bad guys from the show.

There is now a Doctor Who museum. The BBC has an archive of most of the show, but as I said, some of the earliest episodes have been lost. Anyone who can provide them with a videotape or movie of one of the lost episodes can receive a full-scale model of a Dalek (the one the cat is chewing on is about 1/3 scale).

Wow you sure know a lot about it! Thanks for all the info. It's interesting

should have known you were a Dr. Who nut. I enjoyed it for years, hung out with the nuts.

mold is from not enough venting...has little to do with insulation. (unless you live in a rainforest)
