I'm pretty excited, the sun is shinning and it's supposed to get up to 8 today (46f)! (sorry for your weather @Michelle Farmer-Brown ) So once this coffee is done it's outside for the day! (or least as long as the little one will cooperate)

And us Canadians have already had our thanksgiving. Ugh, and companies started doing your stupid black friday thing up here in the last decade. But no, I won't be doing any shopping.

Luckily the Canadian attempt at black Friday is nothing like the complete and utter insanity of American black Friday. Heh. Maybe it's because we're Canadians and we're so damn polite.

I remember when I lived in Seattle... I worked at an oldies radio station. We did a remote (live broadcast) from a Future Shop (now Best Buy). It was the most insane thing I had ever seen! Even though we had a table set up and the announcer and I were behind it we were nearly trampled. The equipment barely survived. My first and only outing to American black Friday. Never again.

It seems anymore that the Black Friday ugliness and injuries make up the headlines the day after. I get tired of seeing people misbehaving...maybe we could borrow some of that Canadian politeness
