It's -9f before wind chill. I got up around 3 this morning to discover that the fire had completely gone out. Finally got it going around 4 but it feels like it's getting colder in here instead of warmer.

We have a 60% chance of snow happening here this morning but thankfully, not as windy as yesterday.

I'll start on a couple of things tomorrow (like pumpkin pie). Gotta remember to get the turkey breast out of the freezer today.

No Black Friday shopping for me...I don't usually enjoy shopping anyway, no way would I attempt to do it the day after Thanksgiving!

Nope, just me and DH. We kind of like it that way too. It will be a pretty low key day...we'll have a good dinner, watch a movie or two, stuff like that. We'll save the big crowd for Christmas when we'll make the trek to my brother's house (weather permitting).
