Morning! A week of beautiful weather here. I have a dilemma... to be or not to be a bigger flock owner and I ain't talkin chicken math here. There are 6 sheepies that could use a new home due to family medical issues. I do have the room, thanks to the new "barn", and they do come from good stock (the same flock that the new guy came from), and they are friendlier than the current ones and the weather has been unusually dry and nice and they have all of the tests and vet work done. I did let the DH know that I was considering it, which is a huge step in maturity for me by the way, but he made the mistake of asking me what I wanted for X-mas and I replied, "How about more sheep?" More coffee is needed...

@Mtn Margie , so when do they arrive. By the way, the baseball player has decided that he wants to wrestle and is on the JV team at his school. I'm not sure how I feel about that. A shoulder injury like his brother's will end the baseball playing.

Ron something tells me you would love the run cake even without a cup of coffee.

That is very true! There was a cup of rum in the cake split between the cake and the syrup

Well, it's 2:45am and one of the cats decided it was time for me to get up and make coffee. So it's ready and waiting for anyone that wants some

Good grief, my cats were running around in my room last night like crazy too. I fed them a can of turkey with gravy and they went to sleep. Thank goodness! I value my sleep.

It sounds like the sheep are a good fit for you Margie. I didn't hear any "cons" in your post

I'd be concerned about that too Sour. My youngest son wrestled and those guys can get rough. My guy was fortunate but we saw plenty of pulled muscles and even a nasty arm break. Maybe your bb player is ready for a change in sports?

Thanks NFC, i found the chicken panels in Canada on one of our trips up there. It is hard to find chicken themed prints.
