Yeah I love it! It works great and I would think would be pretty safe as well since it's natural?
It is fairly safe. minimal side effects in the short term. Long term is unknown though.
 
DH and I got to laughing at a commercial last night for a eczema ointment. Side effects include redness and itching. That's what eczema does for crying out loud! It was also stated they don't have a clear idea of how it works. :rolleyes:

I saw that one too! Most common side effect was pain at the medicated site too. Sounds fairly bad but then excema is quite bad too.

True, oldest DS had it when he was little. Just seemed funny that the side effects mimic the issue.

My Youngest DD had it very bad when she was little. Luckily it is better now. Poor thing!
 
But you can't take it with antidepressants. So that is out for me.

not to minimize depression they made me go to this head dr a few years ago he wanted me on a anti depressive my Dr said huh no way your not maybe some depressive circumstances but not depressed Dr knew Melatonin has properties that fool with my lack of thyroid cannot do it here
