Morning! An inch of snow and small pieces of blue sky every once and a while,
They did get the cold part, 13F out there. Hot coffee and a good fire in the wood stove. I think calzones are on the menu for the night.

Morning a bit late coffee here thanks went to amazon y'all remember BF had me order my x-mas present he would not locate a long cotton robe for me so he said look for what you want on amazon they kept saying the one we ordered was not even started so cancelled it ordered on be here on time

Yesterday mom and I went to early dinner amd shopping. Were supposed to be buying stuff for my brothers. Ended up buying myself a new coat at Dick's. it was pretty expensive but I've never had a really nice coat like that. It goes all the way down to like my knees. Much better than the shorter just regular winter (and maybe ski?) coat I was going to buy.

This one is actually feminine and really warm and i love it.

Then my mom went to bed bath and beyond while I went to Petco. THEY HAD BABY MICE AND THEY WERE ADORABLE OMG. SO TINY COMPARED TO THE ADULTS AND ALL LEGS LOL SOOO CUTEEEEEE

And that's about it.

Oh and I did find a book about whiskey in my closet as a gift for my brother. Don't worry, I didn't take some random old dusty book or regift. I actually had bought it to give to him for his 21st birthday last year but then I put it in the closet and forgot about it. Well I remembered it and was able to find it (was actually easy and near the front with the other books I've bought but have yet to read, i thought it would be buried in the back of the closet haha) sooo I figured, why not give it to him now!? Why waste it?

So that's a birthday present out of the way

His birthday is today but he's not coming home till tomorrow.

kinda weird also Ma was a January 2nd baby said she grew up never getting birthday gifts just Christmas and birthday rolled into one.. Would never to that to her child, so tree would go up the 24th, decorations all waited also... We never knew we could do it before seemed natural to us

My youngest DS's b-day in the same date...Dec. 23.

I couldn't always control what the relatives did, but I always kept his birthday and Christmas separate. Only seemed right.
