Right now it's -25 with a windchill of -30

After spending 2 hours in the doctors office , looked around town a bit. Bought a couple things and picked up grocery items hubby wanted.
Critters fed& watered. Then i went in the workshop and put screws and nails in bins. Hung up tools on peg board. Finished painting the nest box so i can put hinges on later.
Going to go look at some used cages to buy tomorrow. And while in Rocky Mount i will visit Lowes. And they have a Southern States i have not been to.

What's southern states ( other than the obvious states in the south)?

It is good that you were able to get some fun in. Dr. visits an be grueling.

Wait, I'm confused. You don't want them here or the AKC/Americans doesn't want them here or accepted??

If you, why not?

And did you have multiple Belgian Shepherd varieties or only Lakenois?

trust me long story i really do not want to deal with it anymore... there is a few of us die hard dog folks akc has lost respect do not want our dogs golden retrievers or poodles ruined the dalmatian ruined by humans

Feed stores can be dangerous for me. Loved TSC when I lived in Ohio. TSC in Ontario stinks in comparison.

Ah that makes sense.

I've never really actually been involved in dog shows or anything but even I think the AKC is kind of annoying even if I dont necessarily say or seem it. It almost seems kind of gimmicky or weird or something too? Lots of graphics and pictures and stuff, which is fine, but it does seem they're more breeding pets? But dog shows in general it seems a lot breed for looks or over exaggerate features rather than breeding for work and the working varieties look way different.

But it stinks AKC is really the only main big registry :/

I mean, there are others, but most people know/trust and want AKC registration.

Curious what you think of the other registries though? Like United kennel club and the international ones.
