Hello, Café. Here's a fresh pot. Power has been out for 60 hours and cable for 48. We're running on generator, and cable just came back on. No guarantee for how long. Couple hundred thousand still without power here, and estimated repair date is Wednesday or Thursday. Princess and I are fine. We installed a 'house wide' generator after Hurricane Sandy, but lots of folks here are hurting.

Take good care Sour. See you when everything is restored.

It was windy. The homeowner's insurance company says they don't cover wind damage. The car's owner only had liability on the car, and it looked totaled to me.

Your insurance company doesn't cover a simple wind storm? Oh, NC, maybe not.

The 5 year old got up at 530, crawled into my bed and went back to sleep. Thank goodness cuz grammy has a migraine this morning.

Good morning! Glad everything is okay in your personal world, Sour. Yay for generators! Hope things get better for the rest of the coast soon too. It is cold again here, 9F +flurries + wind = more coffee. DS$ won his bracket in the other youth state tournament yesterday and now the end of March will bring some phenomenal competition for the Rocky Mountain National events. He is excited! On Sat we used the sheep chair on the new girls and trimmed their toes and gave vaccinations, prepping for lambing which "should" start sometime in April. No photos were taken. I will have to take some when we work the other sheep and I feel more comfortable with the set-up. I still have horse-brain on when I deal with the sheep...
