Cable was out earlier, but I'm back. Brewed a fresh pot. Heavy wet snow here that is building up on the trees and power lines. If it gets to be windy, I will disappear once again.

Just 7, I have two more buckets to put up though. Only a few trees large enough to tap on the property, but in 10 years we should have more options!
Cable should not have wind issues!
Here "cable" is fiber optics in the ground and then copper to the house...under ground too!

@ronott 1, cable here along with electric supply are above the ground lines pole to house.
Ours are or were above ground too but many years ago we ran them underground! I'm not sure exactly WHAT lines are underground but I know we used to have them overhead in front of the garage into the house and we put them underground.
Maybe I will take pictures later and somebody can tell me what lines or cables they are?
