No problem there e

No problem there either, always take hundreds of pics of the little ones.
This time I'm going to document each chick I take a pic of and put something together for a newy hatched pheasant chick id picture book thingy! Especially, for the Ruff pheasants that people are always wanting to know the sex of their chicks...and peeps telling them they have to wait...no you don't, you can tell on a day old chick, if you know what to look for....there I go again, blah, blah blah!:duc
But we like blah blah info info!

They are better than going out!

I am sure you do your best with eating healthy

That's true!

And thanks Ron!

I try to but I wouldn't really say I'm doing my best. I buy veggies sometimes, especially lettuce, and normally don't eat it and I still buy and eat junk. It's hard because I want to eat healthier but then I don't actually do it. Even if we have the stuff too.

I think sometimes if there is a such thing as food or especially sugar addiction I may have it or maybe I am just lazy, who knows. But eating healthy and especially cooking is a lot of work and intimidating. And sometimes when I've cooked, I'm also really slow moving in like preparing and stuff so it takes forever, way longer than it may take someone else, so then it's exhausting haha cause then I'm like standing for hours by the time I cook, clean up, etc. And I never normally stand that long. Which is also bad.

But also sometimes I get stressed and eat worse and go get fast food or junk. For instance, last night I got into am argument and had a big bowl of ice cream. Except I had already had a giant bowl of ice cream just a few hours before AND a chocolate chip muffin and I had just eaten dinner.... :/

Sorry for the rambling/combo sob story lol

they are bad for you and very, very salty been offline most the day but darn cook some food

I found that the Boston Market ones I had maybe last week? were way saltier. You could taste it and it was gross.

Though I'm sure these are salty too. And probably cancer causing.

Also I've been getting this like kind of pain? Like behind my ears. Like right at the bottom of the ear lobe but like on the neck. And it's random and will hurt/be really annoying then go away. Only one ear at a time but Ive now had it happen to both ears. Only had it like twice. Is that normal?

No. You may have TMJ going on in your jaw.

Try not worrying so much about what you currently eat and add some things to your diet.

Read labels and go for high fiber compared to sugar in what you buy. Then try eating something with good bacteria each day. Plain yogurt with a bit of honey for example. Kimchi, sour kraut and goat kifir.

Do try to eat a vegetable or salad each day too.

Often the reason we crave sugar is because we have a candida overload. The sugar feeds it and you gut bacteria have a strong effect on your hunger and cravings.

The goal is to get rid of the over load of candida and to change the gut bacteria to one that wants you to eat good food.

I find that when I am feeling overwhelmed or like I need something to give I eat more and not good foods. I started doing crock pot meals and freezing them in single serving size bags. that way I just pull out one bag of healthy food just like the Hungryman stuff only better for me. easy peasy and can be done one day a week or one day a month depending on your schedule and desire to load the freezer up. You can also freeze water melon ( I freeze the rinds for summer treats for my Ladies. Oh and also the insides of the Halloween pumpkins from the GrandChildrens punkins freeze for treats and dont end up in DD trash:clap) Most left overs can be frozen in single serving sizes.

Good Luck and stop punishing yourself for your eating it only takes your focus off what you are trying to do.

Hey @KDOGG331 , can you order this book? The Healthy College Cookbook
I had the original (1999), so I can't speak to the updates, but I highly recommend trying a few recipes to get into some cooking. Seriously. Do it! :)

I decided today that I would try to cut out sugar for a bit - I might go buy some dark chocolate (70%+) to help ease into it and set a very strict limit. I just found myself gorging and stress eating way too much. I stopped buying goodies from the store, but my cravings were so strong I'd breakdown and make something from scratch.

@Alaskan There's a song we do where he goes to "sleep" and wakes up as a different animal each time; hoping, flying, running etc. I should have done that or your suggestion but I just didn't think of it . As it was, we survived the day :) Though the whole week is supposed to be crummy weather! (I hear spring might arrive on Saturday)

Oooh! A sleeping break between animals! Brilliant! I never thought of that!
