We took Libby to the dog park today but I didn't get any pictures because I was too busy petting all the dogs

I cleaned the main coop then made potato salad and sourdough biscuits this morning easy food day wrap beef dogs in pizza dough less bread than buns but I get to have 2 then about 10 minutes then feed dogs but completely cleaned the silky land first clear down to wood floor.. next few hours I will take brooder up put the 5 marans they are off heat now in the second room then can do the rest of dinner

Yes, we did, and the weather was good for a change - not hot, humid and rainy. I've been really good lately and following @FridayYet's example and eating a 'semi keto' low carbohydrate diet. Arthritis is lessening, and I've actually lost 12 or 13 pounds in two weeks. That indicates how much 'crap' I was eating. Well today I fell off the wagon and bought a SMALL cranberry walnut cake. It tastes so good.

picked up 4 BR at the auction yesterday nice healthy young birds almost point of lay will within 2 months bring the numbers to more acceptable

A treat once in a while seems like a good idea (and cranberry walnut cake, wow!). Congrats on the weight loss
