I used to pour Hershey's chocolate syrup into the peanut butter jar and eat away.
I should have said some seniors instead of adults. When you get old enough and have a mouthful of bad teeth - there are a lot of things you give up. Fortunately ice cream is not one of them. You can always let it melt and drink it.

Ahh, that makes a lot more sense. Sorry you've had to give stuff up :/ but you're right about ice cream, that can be eaten by practically anyone. And sometimes the melt is the best part.

Going to be another scorcher today, yesterday was 103°F. 1 degree shy of the record, back in 1942. Don't want snow but don't want this heat, either!

In case anyone was wondering, true happiness is opening the shower curtain to find the puppy has run off with your bath mat AND your towel
Kids had me up a little after midnight, arguing over something. Midnight. They're 6 and 9. So we cleaned their room, took away electronics and they were asleep soon after.

I figured that was as a good a time as any to spray the chickens and coop with Permethrin, it wasn't hot as hades out there. I haven't been able to identify exactly what the issue is, can't see very well even with glasses, but I suspect lice because what I'm seeing is white I even tried with the magnifying glass but can't see enough detail. Have to get hubs to help me inspect over the weekend.

Boy, I'm rambling! Sorry, I'm tired. Hope you all have a great day.

Good morning everyone. Another pretty day here. But my allergies have me " dragon butt... ". So tired. Hoping caffeine will help.
Today i plan to plant some rose bushes and other assorted potted plants. I also need to finish the quail pen, just needs a roof and a latch. Always several projects on the go.
