Hi Sean & Margie

The store I went to was out of the 8 O'clock coffee we like (no fluffy girly coffee...good, strong coffee coffee ). They were also out of grapefruit juice, kale and Coke. I need to run back into town before work to check out the only other grocery place in town to see if they have that stuff.

Margie, thank you to your son for dealing with the fire. Takes a lot of hard work and guts to do that.

I vote for kale smoothie. As long as there's yogurt, milk, and plenty of fruit and honey added LOL

HATE coffee! But HATE raw kale too! Sooo gross. Cooked though is delicious with spinach.
