Help one stubborn PITA Doe keeps eating my hostas. First she ate the most expensive ones, and now she is just grubbing on my cheapo's from Home Depot. Man across the street had tons and tons of beautiful hosta. I had given them to the people that lived there before, very nice couple. The couple that live there now are bozos- and not the least bit friendly.

What I wanted to say is he has no fencing whatsoever (my yard is chain link fenced) and nothing touches his stuff. He has a raised garden out in the utility easement and no raccoons touched his veggies, or playful vandals. No deer eating his hostas.

I heard they do not like the solid green oned, but do like the variegated. They ate all of mine!

@drumstick diva, buy some 'Liquid Fence - deer and rabbit repellant' it has worked well for me. There is a spray and a granular form. I have only used the spray.

Good morning Cafe. Dishwasher, clothes dryer on, and i have a meeting to sell one of my Jake Turkeys. I have at least 4, so some really need to go. And i can get stuff in town i need.

Hosta were my favorites in Michigan I have had no luck with them in Texas. I used to use moth balls in an old knee high stocking. I laid them near plants in bins and hung some from nearby trees.

Morning all had to limit to one cup this morning thanks slow moving but up .. I have never cared for hosta myself just not my favorite hand me a rose off I go

I always thought they were too commercial but I like carnations and day lilies too
