My day in a nutshell had some 5 cheese tortellini from Costco with pesto I made, hamburgers, french bread probably a salad to round it out

Nope, 'Al', did it.

Al always does "it" , whatever it might be. I am blaming my sore back on him since he is not here to lift things. He never seems to mind.
In other news, i am having trouble keeping up with you folks since these ads started and i am spending more time outdoors.
