Was going to make chicken Alfredo but with all this talk of pork chops, That's what I'm going to have now. Butterflied pork loin, macaroni & cheese, curly leaf mustard greens, and cornbread.

I buy mine at HEB, Martha Whites and use buttermilk instead of reg milk. I also, sometimes put finely chopped jalapenos in the mix.
