When DH and I lived in Key West there was a local deli that made the best salty bagels I've ever had...man, I miss that deli! Ahhhh, Goldman's

Happy birthday to him!! But I gotta say... Chocolate MAYONNAISE!?!!? Although I guess I should probably ask what it is first before I make that face but if it involves mayonnaise in any way, it’s probably already I tolerate mayonnaise on sandwiches only because I don’t like sandwiches dry and it’s pretty good in that circumstance but I don’t think I would tolerate it in any other circumstance. I barely tolerate meringue. But maybe you can make mayonnaise tolerable, I do love chocolate. And the banana one sounds good. Ooohhh... here’s an idea... banana cream pie or CHOCOLATE banana cream pie.

I'm not a mayo fan either but when it's a cake ingredient, you can't tell it's there. It has a wonderful way of making a moist cake though.
