Then I'll spoiler alert the thread for you.
He seems to have pulled out of the shock and is coming around as of last night. :fl
I'm glad the rooster is doing better. I just wouldn't have been able to make a helpful and coherent post on that thread. I mean how did the neighbors get this rooster in the first place.
Isn't that trespass and theft in the US?

Speaking of posts that make me want to rip limbs off people, HelveticaTheBold shouldn't be allowed to keep an empty goldfish bowl imo. He/She has made a couple of posts now and they are all disasters that could have been avoided with even a minimum level of care.

Good to see you! How have you been doing?
Cap! Long time no see. I've been good---making plans for spring, trimming goat feet, and trying to keep everything shovelled out ahead of the weekly snowstorms. Only a few more winter months left. :wee
The goat fence isn't working. Something went wrong. Unfortunately, I can't test and fix it, because the junctions I'd test first are frozen under several feet of snow/ice. Lexie, the little one, has been naughty and will stick her head through it in the morning. She's always getting into scrapes. Earlier this month, she somehow got a rear foot stuck in the hay net. (It's above her shoulders)

Good morning Cafe.
Coffee is on the stove.
Cold here overnight -3 or -4 centigrade.
Clear skies at 06.30. It's clouded over now and snow looks possible.
Mmm, coffee, thanks. :)

Apparently the roo got out of the fence and was walking along the side of the road or something to that effect. Regardless, the neighbors obviously knew the roo belonged to that family and took him anyway to torture him for their own sick pleasure.
The parents called the police and will hopefully press charges.

You've piqued my interest. Time to go snoop.
