Estrogen must have fled for it's life when I was having my son- 28 hours of back labor, then a c-section. The surgery ended up being far worse to recover from, and no pain pills for a nursing mother. But they considered me high risk due to age (38) and other factors.

Good morning Cafe.
Coffee is on the stove.
There is still some salt cod left and a fresh loaf of wholemeal bread.
It's bit cloudy here. Temperatures above freezing over night and about 11C atm.
