Help with colors?

Can anyone help me with what colors these are and whether they are feather sexable? There are three birds, two pictures of each

The middle one is a Rosetta roux (scarlet), other two I’m less sure of, they all look eb/Rosetta base and not feather sexable. The top is possibly Grau fee (Rosetta fee) and the bottom may be a scarlet fee, but not positive. If you don’t have roux hens (red) the two roux birds will be female (sex linked recessive).

i got them from GoneBroody as celadon layers— it said they were potentially italian, tibetan, silver, tuxedo—or whatever combination of those. i don’t know much about quail genetics but i am trying to learn. does rosetta fit in there somewhere? is rosetta a pattern or a color?
