Hubby lays there at night listening to the roosters and quail yelling. The guineas never stop! Unless i shoot off my gun.

Yes, i get them for a dollar or 2 at Goodwill. Is that one of those mug warmers on top Cap?
We used to order all our coffee from an online company (Specialty Java) but it was getting too pricey. I also love Black Riffle (that's a treat due to cost). So for every day stuff we can get at the store, we like 8 o'Clock. It's got a pretty good rich taste.
Cafe Bustelo was huge down in the Keys but it was a bit too acidic for me. Have you tried any of the Cafe du Monde coffees? Some of those are good and some grocery stores carry them.
As long as the Cafe Bustelo isn't in too long I can handle a small cup in the afternoon without acid issues, and I don't drink my coffee black. I haven't tried the Cafe du Monde, and haven't seen Black Rifle but will look for those.
8 o'clock I have seen, maybe at our Kroger here. I'll try it, thanks!
After the toe is clean dry,and treated with antibiotics I cut vetwrap into 1inch strips about 4 inches long. (If you cant get vetwrap place a small strip of no stick gauze over any part that is open skin and then proceed with a gauze roll.) Wrap the vetwrap (Co-flex)rather loosely so that you dont stretch it just 1 wrap around the toe. If you stretch it too much it will tighten up and maybe constrict blood flow. Then tape a flattened plastic straw, cut to 1/4 inch less than the length of the toe to one side of the toe with 1/2 inch strips of tape. You should use breathable medical tape if possible, so you can cut it off. It's also helpful to get some bandage scissors to remove the splint so you can slide the blunt edge through the bandage. Here's a picture of those supplies.I would like to learn how to do that. mine tend to look like the chickens picked up a couple of matches on sticky feet.![]()
Also consider trying Community coffee. I'm very fond of their dark roast, but all the varieties are delicious. As long as the Cafe Bustelo isn't in too long I can handle a small cup in the afternoon without acid issues, and I don't drink my coffee black. That's great Becca. I'll still make a mess of it.After the toe is clean dry,and treated with antibiotics I cut vetwrap into 1inch strips about 4 inches long.
