We don't eat meat here, so it's not often we need to cook anything low and slow.

Bean stews are good slow cooked. I can't stand cooking but I have to do it. I've done bean stews on the log burner here. Get it all in the pot and leave it all day.

Coffee is on the stove. Given there has been a bit of discussion about brand this is Lavazza
expresso beans freshly ground made in an Italian style stainless steel coffee maker.
It stayed above freezing overnight. Blue sky and sunshine now.

Morning! Thanks for the coffee. It is still single digits but hoping for a warm-up.
I need to check tire pressure on the car as the idiot light has come on, so it should really warm up for me, at least near 20 and I will be happy!
