I'm sorry to hear that. What was wrong that you had to cull her?

She was pecked to death. Had a small scratch they found and all 26 others hanged up on her. She had a decent hole under her wing where her innards were showing. I butchered her and was able to save the meat for Sunday.

That looks ridiculously good! I'm keeping this recipe. I have always loved prunes. They never caused me to have any issues either.

Growing up we visited my Grand parents almost every Sunday. Grandma made this prune cake quite often.
