Our woods are just full of downed trees. Hubby cut down 14 dead trees in the future pasture.

Good morning cafe. Thanks for the coffee Shad.

Hi NFC :frow

Yesterday was productive but I've been having temperature issues in my incubator :barnieThey are resolved now but so frustrating in the middle of a hatch. Tomorrow is lockdown :woot

I'm taking my granddaughter to see my mom today, enjoy your Saturday everyone :frow

Keeping fingers crossed you have a good hatch IM :fl

Have fun with your g-daughter & mom!

Most of the pines are rotted and we try not to use pine with the soot they put out. So they get cut up and put on the burn piles. In this case, some of the trees are left intact so the goats can have fun jumping on and off.

I didn't realize most of the cut ones were pine, you're right, they aren't much for firewood.

When we had our goats, we propped up one end of 2 fallen trees, secured a canvas between them and the kids used it as a slide. They all love climbing on stuff so you're good with that part!

Hi cafe :frow

I'm pooped. It's about an hours drive to Mom. I took my folks and Hope out for breakfast, then we stopped at TSC and looked at the chicks and ducklings, so cute! Did NOT bring any new babies home.

After we got back to town we went grocery shopping and saw Tony the Tiger. Hopey is having a lunchable and some strawberry milk and Grammy is taking ten minutes to relax.

I made fresh coffee if anybody wants some.
