I dice bacon and onions and brown it up, then thin slice my cabbage into the pan. Season with Tony Chachere's and some salt and pepper. Then I just fry it and keep turning and turning till it smothers down. Add boiled potatoes and voila! Dinner

We love it here. My hubby is half Irish. I think we may have that for supper tonight.
