corned beef and cabbage here but sourdough bread instead of Irish Soda bread.

Blue Berry Banana bread is in the oven!
 
Never have liked corned beef :sick cabbage :drool
I dice bacon and onions and brown it up, then thin slice my cabbage into the pan. Season with Tony Chachere's and some salt and pepper. Then I just fry it and keep turning and turning till it smothers down. Add boiled potatoes and voila! Dinner
