We can see if SIL belongs. I only have 1 elderly aunt that's my dads 1/2 sister. Shes in WA state and we're not very close. But thank you for the suggestion.

Have you heard of that coffee bean that they have fed to elephants and then retrieve it after the elephant poops it out? Very pricey.

Not really. DH of course can't remember that it even is my B-day. My friends from work took me out to lunch and that was very nice.

And, of course, all my BYC Cafe friends wishing me a happy birthday was special too!

My own mother hasn't even called and likely won't. She didn't last year either. I come from a pretty messed up bunch. I've done so much for her since Dad died but she can't even remember the HELL I put her through 50 years ago!!! Go figure.
