Morning Ms Dobie, I'm doing fine. It's my first day off of work in the past 8 days. So today's plans consist of napping, laundry, playing with the critters and more napping Sounds like a perfect day to me!

How are your animals...is everyone getting back to normal? Whatever that is.

Yes, critters are all doing as well as can be hoped for. Fingers crossed that the three littles coming via USPS AGAIN (I hope for the very last time) will arrive healthy and hardy.
I think you saw the Mogwai picture. Definitely feeling better and acting normal. She is such a weirdo. She is a also box fanatic. I bring groceries home in a box and as soon as it is empty, in she goes. I had a very small box on the island yesterday. It was about 1/2 her size. Didn't stop her! In she went. I wish I could have gotten the camera out in time.
Yesterday was my lazy napping day after I don't know how many days of hard pushing to get the coop ready. Today is 'get my butt back in gear' day!

I'm feeling very sorry for young Treacle. He's doing most stuff right. He escorts the hens to their nest sites. He usually waits around for them to lay. He's right there most times when they make the escort call but only one will accept him as escort. The others keep calling until Cillin turns up or I take them back to their tribe. Cillin is having an easy life while poor Treacle does all the running about.
He came a bit unstuck trying to escort Tackle back to her tribe when he bumped into Punch from Tribe 2. For a moment he looked as if he would stand his ground and then Punch took one step forward and Treacle ran for it. Punch is about half the size of Treacle.
It looks like Bracket who lost her chick last week is going to be the top hen in Tribe 2 now that Blue Spot is dead. Nolia who is more senior should take the position automatically but just doesn't seem interested.

Tackle will crouch for him as long as Cillin isn't there. She's the most junior. They would make a good couple and if I had the money I would build another coop and encourage them to move in.
