Apparently she didn’t get the memo about how GSDs are supposed to be protective?

Awwwww, I wouln't mind a kissy face German Shepherd. I've been looking at getting a German Shepherd, but with the grands living with us, I just can't bring myself to pay $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 for one, which is what the going rate seems to be around here. There always seems to be something more pressing, kids clothes, shoes, Dd's dental issues, unexpected home or auto repairs that keep cropping up, and take priority over spending that much on a pup. At this point, I live vicariously through my neighbors, and pet their dogs.

Awww that makes sense but maybe one day you can get one!! You are right though, they are expensive. And on top of that so many people breed them now as well as the retriever type breeds it makes it hard to know who the good breeders are. And there’s so many different lines of GSDs too it’s been more complicated lol can you tell I’ve considered a GSD too?

Maybe you could find a rescue or something though?

Afternoon pot has been brewed - have at it. All lawns are mowed. Tomorrow Dani goes to daughter's and Princess and I head to Maryland. Grand daughter graduates high school on Tuesday. Wednesday we pick up Dani, and Thursday is her surgery.
