Morning! Love the hot coffee and breakfast!
Wound up helping to stock the lakes yesterday and planted the squash seeds. Today, maybe get some beans in the ground. They are always an iffy crop, but so good.

I've managed to pick 2 of the 4 for sure roo chicks for freezer camp leaving the smallest and the biggest as possible keepers. Too bad eye candy isn't a deciding factor,, the two going to freezer camp are pretty already.

What is the time to harvest when planted from seed?

I imagine you have a fairly short growing season up there
