I feel some research coming...I find all of that very interesting. Thanks for sharing. I lived 2 blocks from the Bay up there, I wonder how that old neighborhood fares these days then.
Things are changing big time I do know we moved far enough inland even if both dams fail and the mountains/volcanoes go off we are high and dry but not too high

Apparently we are at 36’ elevation but I don’t really believe that because we have a beach in town and stuff. Idk how these numbers are calculated. The next town over of which we are very close to the line is 112’. Our house is also on a hill so I think we’d be okay. Sometimes we get a little pond forming in the bowl lol
