Have to say my Brother and I have always had that like @N F C says as long as I can remember we are 18 months apart ... My Doc and I have respect between us I ask for something he does it He may say we need to try this or such but 8 years I have been seeing him now

Lol, let's just say the last time I stepped off the boat we were in New Jersey and I got off screaming at my bro eff you. Not very diplomatic at all, never happened before or since, but that's what happens when 3 adults (especially when they are family) are in close quarters way too long.

Nah, that's ok. My bro and I actually get along for the most part and always have. He knew (or his wife told him) he was being a jerk. He's never held my tantrum against me.

And it does help that they travel for about 6-8 months out of the year. And that I don't live with him any more.

It does help that on the day that we buried our mother I wrote her out of my life, and have only been in her presence twice since that day - the day that we buried her husband, and the day that her son got married.

Sometimes that's the way it has to be. Life's too short to spend time with people we don't enjoy, whether they're kin or not.
