BYC Café

Backing it up a sec..."another Scot"? I thought you were a Brit.

I loved the part Carlyl played in "Full Monty", what a great movie! (Thanks for the photo & reminder, now I can go off to work happily with those thoughts in my head :gig )

A good day to all!
:lau Where do you think Scotland is then?:D
If you are Welsh, Scottish or English you're British. It's just easier to say British unless you are particularly Nationalistic.
My mum was American (Scottish) my dad Scottish (Scottish). All my relatives as far back as records go were Scottish.
I'm probably a European now, or at least I will be until the latest Tory halfwit drags the UK out of the EU.

We are at odds with one another at the moment so I am not upset that we haven't talked. I'm mad at her and woke up thinking about it for whatever reason.

On the plus side, I have hot coffee in a BIGGER mug and my computer is fixed so things are headed in the right direction :)
I agree with Mr sourland. Parents have a horrible habit of suddenly not being there when you get to our age.

Good morning, Café.

@igorsMistress - sounds like a day for a do over.

@Shadrach - we could team up. I'll be the traveling 'Broody Man', and you will be the 'Broody Cure Man'.

:lau You beat me to it. :highfive:

He played a great Rumpelstiltskin too!

I do about twice a month. More than that is hard on me.

I call mine every day. I don't mean to be a jerk, but its the most miserable part of my day. She's been traveling with my sister & I've only called her twice in the last two weeks... I feel like I'm the one on vacation. I know her time is short & it'll be really sad when shes gone, but frankly, she's not a super nice person.

IM sometimes when computers misbehave, I need to reboot myself, NOT them. I don't have any great talent for them. I do realize I could be the culprit. My brother a government worker always sez "Junk IN, Junk OUT.":idunno

It wasn't me. Junk is in it so I just sit and drink my coffee and let tech support pull out their hair :gig
