Margie - for whatever reason, perhaps because I really am easily distracted by chickens and tend to always have my phone with me, I luck out with some of my pictures. I'm glad I kicked them off the roost last night. It was 52F here this morning. Mom needs to be able to keep them warm a little while longer.

IM - good luck keeping Igor focused! At least you have one more day to prepare mentally.

You get to sleep in until 8:00!?
I'm usually awake by 6:00 and out to the coop by 6:30 or 7:00 depending on the day. I HAVE to make sure they have food and are let out into the pen. Spoiled brats.

Well, the best laid plans of mice and women often go awry...because of men I think. Sorry guys.

Got up and was getting ready to go pluck the roosters off the roost and I hear my name being called...I go to see Igor and he has this look like he's in trouble and knows it..."I'm not quite ready, I forgot..."
I knew it yesterday, he wasn't focused on anything and watched tv all day.
So now I have to push, I just need him to show me how to do this ONE TIME so I can do it myself! Everything will be ready tonight, and I'll be View attachment 1873785 Igor tomorrow morning when I don't have to work.

My heart goes out to you IM.

1st, going to drink my coffee, then check my birds, turn the sprinklers on again, then take a nap...got to work tonight
