Anybody want dinner? Going to be making eggplant parm with fresh eggplant from my garden a bit later and you’re all invited.

Also got some chicken to possibly make chicken parm if anyone prefers.

And I got a hot rotisserie chicken if anyone wants that.

Thinking I might cook up some squash or green beans from the garden too and we have lots of cucumber too. All from the garden.

Then we also have some various lettuces and mixes for salads or I was thinking of cooking up some spinach and kale if anyone wants a salad or some sautéed greens. These unfortunately aren’t from my garden because I somehow completely forgot to plant any lettuce this year. but I tried to get the good stuff.

But yeah.

Anyone hungry? Haha

There's still time especially if you use a hotbed of some sort that can be protected from an early frost.

Btw, I’ve been occasionally posting pics of some of my harvests on some of the other threads but I don’t think I’ve posted any here yet. I won’t bore you with all the old ones but today’s was a big one so I’ll post it.



And here is Sunday’s.



These 3 eggplants are the ones I will be using.

And we also have a seriously HUGE cucumber I picked Monday too (didn’t notice it Sunday) in addition to the 7 picked today. And of course wayyyyyy too many green beans. They’re producing like crazy so we’re getting tons every week haha

Thank you!! I’ll plant some then. I was thinking of possibly bringing it in for winter too? I’m bringing some of my peppers in.

Anyway, I’ll get planting and then when it’s ready I’ll invite you all back for some 100% from the garden dinner. The tomatoes should be ready about then too.
