That said, any ideas what to do with this HUGE one?

Picked it Monday, didn’t notice it when I picked the other veggies Sunday. Haven’t found a use for it yet.

Okay, thanks I’ll do that. But I guess I just wasn’t sure if the big one would be good for pickles or if it was too big? Is there something else I can do with it?

I like them sliced and seasoned with a little rice vinegar.
Or
Cube some watermelon and cantaloupe with it and have cucumber melon salad...that's a favorite here. Some people use dressing, some don't.

Thanks IM. Those both sound delicious! I may have to try that cucumber melon salad. Sounds like a refreshing summer dish.

Morning all thanks for the coffee really needed it headed in to a poultry auction here been going for years looking for the young peeps I have 4 silkie siting on eggs that will not hatch I am convinced they are dead need to get them some relief
