Good morning, Café.

My current take on adventures is given below. If I'm going to have to do something unpleasant I want a good return.
A wise man doesn't climb every mountain because he can, he climbs the highest because others can't.

If a mountain presented itself, I would pass. Nowadays I am pretty much down to short hikes.

It doesn't look like I missed any fine dining in the Cafe today. I'd just have been the lonely Paleo person sipping coffee in the corner while cheese whiz was getting squirted from a can on fake meat.

Your not the only Paleo peep! I've been paleo for years...before they called it Paleo.
