I think the failure is the people I now work with were let out of quarantine too soon!
I have to take care of moving a piece of equipment at the Endicott site today, then I'm coming home and sleeping for the day.

I mentioned above that it's raining here. I have had problems in the past find clothing that is properly waterproof that doesn't cost a fortune.
I bought one of these a while ago and today was my first opportunity to give it a proper test. It works.

That looks a fair bit better than my rain coat. I'd have to wear mine over another jacket in colder weather or I'd freeze.

It's not a warm waterproof. I'm thinking about one of those for this winter.
I just wanted something to keep me dry in the short term. Completely fed up of living in damp clothes.

Ewww! Morning and thanks for the coffee. We went and got more firewood from a mitigation project and then cut them to firewood size. Today is a shopping day and then I think we will split the logs.
No wrestling practice today for the easy week before it goes to 7 days a week starting Monday.
We tend to layer up around here cause you just never know what might be in the works.

It's warmer here this morning at 26F. We will finally warm to above the freezing point.

I think I am getting sick! I have a sore throat and ear. I've not been sick since March of 2014. I think it's because of the stress of this new job and being around a lot more people than I usually am.
