Well, I did my dealing with people today; it didn't go well. In fact, it went so badly I got ushered out. I should mention that the particular dept I was trying to deal with is run by a branch of the police force here.
I'm after a piece of paper that will help me stay in the country in the event that the halfwits in the current British government crash the UK out of the EU.
Most of the problem is I don't speak much Spanish. I do however speak enough Catalan to make myself understood. Bureaucracy here speak Spanish, especially if you are identified as a foreigner. Being a local police dept they don't have an English speaking person on the desk. They can apparently get a translator but...........
Oh well, I didn't get shot so that's handy.

I guess any day is a good day if you don't get shot

I worked on the pallet run for the packing crate coop today. Stained 2 more pallets, and screwed one in place. Always something to do.

always seems that way never ending I brought my brooder out of silkie coop it is a huge plastic box I turned into a brooder smaller than a horse water tank bigger than a tub I use for nest boxes

Coffee is on the stove.
A bit mixed weatherwise here but the sun is shining and may just burn away what cloud there is.
I'm having a scrabble about in my things to see if I can find patience, humour and a hand full of dictionaries before I head off to yet another gov department in pursuit of another piece of paper.
