I usually just roast them with olive or coconut oil and fresh ground salt and pepper. But the balsamic and Parmesan was soooo good! The balsamic was actually a glaze made from the vinegar, honey, salt and a little garlic powder. The vinegar gets reduced down by about half then mixed with the rest of the ingredients, chilled and drizzled over the Brussels sprouts.
