What...? I'd love to see pictures of them! I'm sure glad my goats horns do not point forward, I wouldn't have survived a couple of Charlies "butts"I can't help but notice those large pointy things sticking out of her head.
I've looked at quite a few pictures of peoples rams and I think I've pulled a short straw here. I can't help noticing their rams horns all see to be pointing backwards..........they point the other way here.
Phoenix, the ram that used to be here didn't have any horns. They just didn't grow.
I've been knocked over by him more than I care to dwell on and even with no horns I limp for a couple of days.![]()
Okay, I'll try and take some pictures of the lot down the track.What...? I'd love to see pictures of them! I'm sure glad my goats horns do not point forward, I wouldn't have survived a couple of Charlies "butts"The sheep horns pointing that way, is it abnormal or just how they are in Spain?
Luckily Chewy isn't aggressive with hers. She gets a little hooky around the feed, but not to injure just to make her way in. No one has ever been injured, luckily, but they're pretty smart and tend to get out of her way. Quite funny since she much smaller bodied![]()
ThanksOkay, I'll try and take some pictures of the lot down the track.
I think forward facing horns is not uncommon in the Pyrenees mountain goats and rams.
