The dumbest thing I heard the paramedic say when I was having anaphylaxis was to not freak out I couldn't breathe but yeah I won't freak out

You already couldn't breathe and panicking can make it difficult to breathe so I see their point.

You can't really help it, you body panics. If I had control over it I would've stopped, but your body flips a lid.
