Realistically that's a good kind of weird. "Just sayin'". Someone was busy though because the Café is spotlessly clean.

It was getting a bit messy!

Putting another pot on.....over a foot of snow was dumped here in Upstate NY. Perfect day to stay inside!!!! ❄

The system must have stalled West of me then. We only got about 8" of snow here.

Only a foot? We got at least 18". -13°F this morning though it has now made it up to 15°F. I cleaned up yesterday, about 4 hours including digging my car out and moving it so I could tractor through the space. Have to go back out today though and make a path to the fuel oil tank fill pipe, seems the tank is empty. It was 60° in the part of the house that is heated by the wood stove but where the oil hot air furnace in the basement is connected to a thermostat in the basement so it doesn't freeze down there. That ends up keeping the 1st floor at least 65° when it is cold out (and yes -13°F IS cold!). The tank gauge reads half full; the tank doesn't "thump" half full.

Must have run north of you. Thursday night the radar was such that we couldn't see how we would be getting much snow at all. Sure looked different on Friday

Weird that there were not posts on this thread for 23 hours from yesterday morning until now

You should have posted something for us to read

Everyone must be finally catching up with their sleep!

We are supposed to have sunshine this afternoon! Haven't seen it yet, but I'll be out in the chicken run when it comes! Well, I'll be out there either way, and have already been out there in the early cold morning...but wouldn't sunshine be fun? I hardly remember what it looks like!!!
