Thank you for asking Cap - I have been falling victim to frequent, lengthy naps - that don't give any warning. I disappeared from BYC earlier today and wound up sleeping till after 5pm. And yes, once again came down stairs to my meal cold and lifeless on the kitchen table, and small glass of coke with all bubbles long since departed. Oh forgot I also had a pint of my favorite ice cream on the table - totally melted and leaking at the seams.I need a game cam in the kitchen to figure out why I continue to do this.
My sister used to have narcolepsy as a young person. She would even fall asleep in the middle of talking to someone. It was upsetting to us. I think that's because she was a very active, outgoing teen, always out with her friends and just plain tired.
I was the hermit hiding in the house from all activities with agoraphobia . I ended up getting well fast with my dr's help. Then my sister had to be treated because she got the same. Our mother had the same but, she never sought treatment for it.
My sister's two very adult daughters(in the their ' 50's ) suddenly sprouted panic attacks, etc. Seems like it only affected female members of the bloodline.
Actually at my age, I think all of this is funny. I am so far removed from panic attacks, and other phobias like elevators, doctors, etc. etc.. My doctor and his partner both died many years ago and I am still here. I feel very badly about them- they were very nice people and died too young. They never realized just how out going I was going to be.

. Ha the genie won't go back into the bottle - ever!!
I apologize for being hyper-verbal. Too much napping means no talking. So sooner or later I wake up and talk

Oh btw I am feeling fine !!!
