Yeah I read that. I've also read many other predictions. The USA is going to suffer badly I believe. The lack of a proper health care system is going to make sure of that. It's the same in the UK despite having a National Health system. The problem is is it's been underfunded for years and what money has been invested has gone to managers whose remit is to cut costs.
Same here in Spain and Italy.

Agree with @Shadrach going to take longer than two weeks heck been doing it that long now Morning Cafe, brewed a new pot.. Many people will go to work ill as they do not dare to take the time off .. We have not really changed our behavior allot ... bur retired no daily grind

Yes. Not so much fixing up as finishing and repairing. To me there is a big difference.

We are all working from home currently. The leave is for those that are too sick to work at home so that they do not have to use up sickleave time. It looks like the leave is to cover a two week quarantine time.

The situation in India is desperate and a lot of people are going to die, if not from the disease then from causes associated with attempts to control it.
Cuba and Venezuela seem to be having some success despite the sanctions and hate mail.
It's worth digging around the net to read about it.
